Chocolate Pizza

Materials:

Pastry:

    • 500 g flour
    • 10 g dry yeast
    • 5g salt
    • 30 ml olive oil
    • 250ml milk
    • 100ml water

Ornament:

      • 200 g Affresco Couverture 55 (dark chocolate)
      • Fresh fruits (e.g. bananas, strawberries, mixed berries)
      • Walnuts or hazelnuts (optional)

How to make:

Preparation of the Dough:

Mix the flour, yeast and salt in a mixer. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, milk and water, then add to the flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms, then knead until smooth and elastic. Divide the dough into 3 pieces (235g each), cover and let rest for 20 minutes.

Cooking the Dough:

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to a diameter of 23cm. Place on a floured baking tray and make a few fork marks in the base. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Ornament:

Melt Affresco Couverture 55 in a bain-marie and spread over the dough. If desired, create patterns with chocolate. Add fresh fruit and desired decorations.

Service:

Slice the chocolate pizza and serve immediately. This recipe is ideal for highlighting the rich taste of Affresco Couverture 55. Enjoy!
