Limited production with rare raw materials


At Affresco, we produce only the finest raw materials. These productions are based on the harvested quantity. The main raw materials used in our recipes—pistachios, hazelnuts, cocoa, and coffee—are sourced from our partner farms. By establishing direct and transparent communication with our suppliers, we guarantee the provenance and sustainability of our raw materials. This is the foundation that creates the unique flavor profile of each of our products.

We use the rarest and highest quality cocoa and Arabica coffee beans, carefully selected from around the world. Cocoa beans possess unique aromatic characteristics derived from the soil structure and climate conditions of their regions, while coffee beans, sourced primarily from high altitudes, offer a rich and complex aroma. Hazelnuts and pistachios are sourced from contracted farms in Türkiye.
