- 25g Kahlua
- 25g Baileys
- 25 g Affresco Couverture 55
- 100g milk
Preparation
Prepare the Chocolate and Milk:
Melt the Affresco Couverture 55 chocolate and milk together to obtain a smooth mixture. Set aside to cool.
Create the Cocktail:
Pour Kahlua into the bottom of the glasses. Add Baileys slowly, using the back of a tablespoon, over the Kahlua. This will create a distinct layer. Add the cooled chocolate milk mixture over the Baileys in the same manner, using the back of a spoon.
Service:
Serve by decorating the top with cocoa.
