Materials:
- 400g Brown Sugar
- 360 g Affresco Couverture 70
- 300g Egg
- 200 g Corn Starch
- 2g Salt
- 10g Vanilla Extract
- 200 g Walnuts (broken)
Preparation Stages:
- Preheat the Oven : Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Melt the chocolate : Melt the Affresco Couverture 70 in a bain-marie.
- Add the Sugar : Add the brown sugar to the melted chocolate and stir.
- Add the Eggs : Add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat well.
- Add Dry Ingredients : Add cornstarch and salt, mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Add the Walnuts : Add the crushed walnuts to the mixture and mix gently.
- Baking : Pour the mixture into a greased cake tin and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cooling : After the cake is baked, remove it from the mold and place it on a wire rack to cool.
Presentation:
Serve the brownies by slicing them. You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top or serve with ice cream.
