Walnut Brownie

Materials:

  • 400g Brown Sugar
  • 360 g Affresco Couverture 70
  • 300g Egg
  • 200 g Corn Starch
  • 2g Salt
  • 10g Vanilla Extract
  • 200 g Walnuts (broken)

Preparation Stages:

  1. Preheat the Oven : Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Melt the chocolate : Melt the Affresco Couverture 70 in a bain-marie.
  3. Add the Sugar : Add the brown sugar to the melted chocolate and stir.
  4. Add the Eggs : Add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat well.
  5. Add Dry Ingredients : Add cornstarch and salt, mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  6. Add the Walnuts : Add the crushed walnuts to the mixture and mix gently.
  7. Baking : Pour the mixture into a greased cake tin and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Cooling : After the cake is baked, remove it from the mold and place it on a wire rack to cool.

Presentation:

Serve the brownies by slicing them. You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top or serve with ice cream.
